Customer Service Rant and Praise

I’ve been appalled by customer service in a lot of chain stores.  Maybe I’m particular because my husband owns a small business, but I don’t think so.  I love supporting local and supporting etsy people.  Although etsy is worldwide, I feel like I’m contributing to someone, somewhere in their local economy without padding 20 company’s pockets on the way there.

I’ve just been so happy with my etsy/blog world  purchases – the quality of products as well as the customers service (I mean, who really emails people back within minutes in the “big business world”?  So, here’s a shout-out to all of the awesome people I’ve purchased from on etsy or by their blogs.  You can check out the links on the left sidebar.
